Chatbot channels: what works today and what is waiting

Written by the Allinaa team · Updated

Two channels work today: the chat on your website (Standard and Premium) and your own Telegram bot (Premium). Allinaa has built connections for many more apps, and each one becomes available once that platform approves Allinaa or the business has its own approved account. We give no dates for those, because the platforms set them.

Live today

Status board: built, not yet live

"Built" means the connection passes our tests against a simulated version of the provider's API. A channel counts as live only after a real message has gone through the real provider, as happened with Telegram.

What stays the same on every channel

One knowledge base serves every channel, so an updated policy reaches all of them at once. New connections start in Human only mode by default, so your team sees real messages before the AI replies to anyone (you can pick another mode when you connect), and a person can take any conversation and hand it back. Language support is the same everywhere: 3 configured languages on Standard, all supported languages on Premium. Conversations from connected channels share the Premium unified inbox.

To hear when a channel opens, write to info@allinaa.com and name the channel.
