An AI chatbot for small business websites
Written by the Allinaa team · Updated
Allinaa puts an AI assistant on a small business website. It answers visitors' questions from information the business approves, asks up to three short questions when someone wants a quote or a call back, and passes a complete request to the team with the visitor's consent. You set it up yourself, with no setup fee, starting with a 14-day trial, and the Allinaa team helps if you get stuck.
What the website assistant does today
- Answers from approved information. The setup wizard drafts the knowledge from your own website, and nothing is used until you approve it. See training a chatbot on your website.
- Knows which page the visitor is on. "How much is this one?" on a product or service page gets an answer about that page. See page-aware answers.
- Turns a conversation into a request. It asks only for what is missing, one question at a time, then offers the request form. You get an e-mail; the visitor gets a confirmation. See lead capture.
- Keeps every request in an inbox with statuses, private notes, search and CSV export, plus a monthly report of what visitors asked. See the inquiry inbox.
- Speaks your customers' languages: 3 configured languages on Standard, all supported languages (108 today) on Premium. See multilingual support.
- On Premium: no monthly cap on AI replies (per-channel flood limits apply), photo and file uploads checked for malware, product search from a photo or a question, team accounts for up to 5 people with live chat takeover, and one inbox for the website chat and your own Telegram bot.
What it doesn't do
- AI answers can be wrong. The business approves the knowledge, and corrections go through a review; see chatbot accuracy.
- It gives no medical, legal, tax or insurance advice: it is set up to decline and point to your team. See chatbots in regulated industries.
- Unless your Premium Google Calendar booking is set up with our team, it can't see your calendar; it can't see your stock, orders or the current time. It repeats what you wrote and collects requests your team confirms.
- It doesn't answer the phone; see chatbot vs. answering service.
- Social messaging channels are built but not live: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and others become available once each platform approves Allinaa. The channel status board has the details.

Questions
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. There is no free plan, but there is a 14-day trial with 200 AI replies and no card, and activation afterwards is arranged with Allinaa.
Do I need a developer?
Usually not. The installation is one snippet, there are guides for the common website builders and a WordPress plugin, and the cabinet can e-mail the code to your developer.
Where do the answers come from?
Only from the information you approve, plus the text of the page the visitor is viewing. Nothing is used until you approve it, and AI answers can still be wrong, so test before you launch.
