Multichannel outreach: email, LinkedIn and social media

Written by the Allinaa team · Updated

Premium lead generation (from $1,500/month) reaches 500 targeted contacts a month across email, LinkedIn and social media. Content that builds trust supports the outreach, and you get a results report every week.

Why several channels

People respond in different places. A busy owner may ignore an email from an unknown sender but accept a short, relevant connection note, or recognize your name from a useful post before replying. Using several channels is not about sending more messages. It is about the same person meeting the same clear offer in a place they actually pay attention to.

An illustrative sequence for one prospect might look like this:

  1. A short, personalized email explaining why you are writing.
  2. A few days later, a LinkedIn connection request with a one-line note and no sales pitch.
  3. A useful post or article from your content that the prospect can read on their own time.
  4. A brief follow-up that refers back to the first message.

The moment the person replies on any channel, or says no, the sequence stops on all of them.

500 targeted contacts a month

The larger volume usually covers more than one segment, for example practice managers at dental groups and office managers at law firms, each with its own message. The research standard does not change with volume: every contact must match the agreed profile, and your exclusion list (current customers, partners, competitors, people you are already talking to) applies across all channels.

LinkedIn and social outreach within each platform's terms

LinkedIn's User Agreement forbids bots and other unauthorized automated methods for adding contacts, sending messages or driving inauthentic engagement. We work within those terms. We do not use tools that send connection requests or messages automatically, and we do not create fake profiles.

The same principle applies to other social networks: each has its own rules for messaging and promotion, and we follow them. If a network's rules do not allow the kind of outreach you have in mind, we will tell you and suggest a different approach.

Content that builds trust

Before replying, prospects look at your profile and your recent posts. Premium includes content that gives them something worth finding: short posts and articles that answer the questions your buyers ask before they buy. For an illustrative accounting firm, that might mean topics such as what changes when a business opens a second location, or how to prepare for a year-end meeting with an accountant.

The content stays truthful. We do not invent statistics, client stories or quotes, and anything that refers to your results has to come from you and be accurate.

Weekly results report

A weekly report lets you change course quickly instead of waiting a month. It covers who was contacted on which channel, the replies and how people responded, the conversations handed over to you, the content that went out, and the plan for the following week. If one segment or channel is clearly not working, it shows up within weeks rather than at the end of a quarter.

No fake engagement: the rules we follow

The FTC's rule on consumer reviews and fake social media indicators (16 CFR Part 465), in force since October 21, 2024, bans selling or buying fake indicators of social media influence, such as followers or views generated by bots or fake accounts, for commercial purposes. It also covers fake and undisclosed insider reviews. The FTC explains it in its questions and answers about the rule.

In practice, that means we never:

  • buy followers, likes, comments, views or connections;
  • use fake or borrowed accounts to comment, like or share;
  • post or arrange reviews of your business, or write comments that pretend to come from customers;
  • use engagement groups or schemes that trade likes to inflate reach.

Fake engagement can get your accounts restricted and put your business at legal risk. Real, smaller numbers are worth more.

Where interested prospects go next

Interested replies come to you. Prospects who visit your website first can ask an Allinaa website assistant questions and leave an inquiry, which arrives in your inbox with an email notification. If you are reaching people in other countries, marketing localization adapts your posts and messages for each market. Compare both lead generation plans on the overview page or the email outreach page, see the pricing section, and ask for a quote through the contact form or at info@allinaa.com.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need my LinkedIn password?

No, and we do not ask for it. How LinkedIn messages are sent, and from whose profile, is agreed with you before anything goes out, within LinkedIn's terms.

Which social networks do you use?

The ones where your customers actually spend time. We choose them with you when we define the customer profile, rather than posting everywhere by default.

How is this different from Standard lead generation?

Standard covers 200 targeted contacts a month by email with a monthly report. Premium covers 500 contacts a month across email, LinkedIn and social media, adds content that builds trust, and reports weekly.
