Add the Allinaa chatbot to a Tilda site
Written by the Allinaa team · Updated
Tilda gives you two ways to add the Allinaa assistant: site-wide through the head code setting, or on a single page with an HTML block. This guide covers both, and explains why code in the head works fine for a chat button.
Plan check: Personal or Business
Site-wide head code needs a paid Tilda plan, Personal or Business; head code is not available on the Free plan. Tilda explains the limits in its answer about plan features.
Get your Allinaa code
Sign up at bot.allinaa.com/start for the 14-day free trial. The setup wizard reads your published Tilda pages, drafts the assistant's knowledge for you to correct and approve, and then shows your code in step 5, "Install":
<script src="https://bot.allinaa.com/widget.js" data-bot-id="your-bot-id" defer></script>
Step by step: HTML code for the head section
- Open your project's Site Settings.
- Go to More > HTML code for the head section.
- Paste your code and save.
- Republish all pages.

Why the head works here
For most platforms we suggest pasting just before </body>. Tilda's site-wide setting is in the head instead, and that is fine: the script carries defer, so the browser runs it after the page has been read, and the assistant waits for the page body before it adds its button.
Older help pages call it Insert Code
Some older Tilda help pages describe the same setting as Insert Code > HTML code for the HEAD section. If your screen shows that wording, it is the same field; paste the code there.
Republish all pages
Tilda publishes page by page. A change in Site Settings reaches a page only when that page is published again, so a page you haven't republished keeps showing the old version, without the assistant. After saving the head code, republish every page your visitors can reach, including old landing pages that still get traffic from ads or links.
One page only: the T123 Embed HTML block
Sometimes you want the assistant on a single page, for example a campaign landing page, or you are on a plan without site-wide head code. Use a block instead:
- Open the page in the Tilda editor.
- Add a block from Other > T123 "Embed HTML Code".
- Paste your code into the block and save.
- Publish that page.
The assistant then appears only on that page. If you later move to site-wide head code, remove the block so the code isn't on the page twice.
Check the installation
- Open the published page in a private browser window and look for the chat button.
- Ask a question your approved knowledge covers.
- In the Allinaa cabinet, click Check my site. It reads your homepage and up to two pages it links to. If you used the T123 block on one page that isn't linked from the homepage, the check may not reach it; open that page yourself, and the status changes to installed once the assistant loads there.
Still nothing? Use the troubleshooting checklist. If you also run a hand-coded site, the plain HTML guide covers it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add the chatbot without a paid Tilda plan?
Site-wide head code is not available on the Free plan; it needs Tilda Personal or Business.
Why doesn't the chatbot appear on some Tilda pages?
Those pages haven't been republished since you saved the head code. Republish all pages.
Is it a problem that Tilda puts the code in the head section?
No. The script is deferred and the assistant waits for the page body before adding its button.
How do I add the chatbot to just one Tilda page?
Add the T123 Embed HTML Code block from the Other category, paste your code, save and publish that page.
